Makeup products suggestions

Heyyy so I am 18 year old and I really love doing makeup but the problem is that I don't know how to do makeup at all okay and I don't have product at all and basically some product that I have at home is of my mom and to be honest I was never allowed to do makeup.. because in our home make up is seen as a bad thing specially if you are a student so everyone in my home always told me that this is age of your studying and you should not do this at all and everything so I never had any product but we will that I like to make up and I have realise that everyone do it and that is nothing wrong it in it. And that it is a basic thing just as cooking and thing this is something that you should know at least like basics you should know how to self one at least so all my friends no how to do it and everything and because I don't know how to do it I always like suffer somewhere if I am going to some function then I have to the reply on other people also when I had 10th farewell I was relying on my mother for my makeup but she is called me and did not even do I make up in my 10th farewell where everyone was like with so much pretty makeup and everything but I was lucky I had a friend you have to do makeup so she did mine otherwise it would have feel so embarrassing. Okay so this is like a flashback and everything so again I don't know how to do makeup at all and I don't even know how to apply eyeliner and I don't have any product so I was thinking of learning basic one like I should at least learn basic makeup so that in my 12th farewell I can do my own. So I was thinking of buying some product slowly slowly so I wanted to ask if there is some playlist on YouTube that can teach me from basic everything and also if there are some products that budget friendly but also like okay for to learn
