Ctm cover (convenience)

Anyone else sick to death of not having enough coverage for ctms and stores constantly asking for help? We used to have 4 ctms for one store and since losing one after the mini restructure its a constant struggle and atleast 2 stores every week are asking for help. Surely whoever above can see the issues everyone is having!
