Stormwater Management next to Garage

I was a bit overzealous in my weekend trash pad project and failed to account for the rain runoff accumulating on the low spot that I created!

I'm hoping for some suggestions that don't require me to tear up this pad that I just put in.

The downspout has rain from about 25' of frontage of our ranch home, and there is about a 3" drop between the driveway and grass. The obvious answer is to redirect the extension into the driveway, but the slope of the driveway isn't very significant and during the winter it will become an ice rink (more than usual!). That said I did turn it this morning to see what would happen following the rain we're getting.

We have about 20' of space between our home and the neighbor's property, and clay heavy soil.
