Had pneumonia and bronchitis two weeks after I'm coughing again

This July-august have been hell for me. Early this year I was diagnosed with asthma and after being bed bound for almost a month and finally getting inhalers...Two weeks after that I'm coughing again. I'm new to asthma so I'm wondering if this dry coughing might be related to asthma. So far no productive coughing (it's been 5 days so far) nor fever or anything. But yeah I was wondering how much it can affect to have some after effects after all of that if you have asthma
