New to Service titan....

New to service titan field. The new version of ST. We used to dispatch our techs but we changed to let techs dispatch themselves. If there a way to set up an alert for when a new job is added? Because right now if the finish all their calls and let's say 1 hour later a new job is added unless they are staring at the app they won't know there's a new job for them and the girls at the office suck at letting them know!

Any help would be appreciated
