I have been taking a quarter of one, or half of one once a day at night to help sleep. Ive gone through a total of 12 of the 30mg 7stax Premium Kratom Alkaloids tabs. Over the course 20ish days.

I take other 7oh during the day. I got these during the b1g4 kratom apocalypse sale.

Otherwise I do not take any M. We're these the batches of 7stax with M?

Batch# R3SPM4126 and were from kures.

Just want to figure out how much M I was taking realistically.
