Introducing Sam, your new Ocado friend in the sub!

Hi everyone. We wanted to introduce someone new who you’ll be seeing on Reddit: SamFromOcado.

SamFromOcado is an account run by the Ocado team, here to be part of the conversation, answer questions where we can, listen to your feedback, and offer help along the way.

You might see us jumping into threads about deliveries, products, substitutions, recipes, the Ocado app, or just joining in when there’s something worth talking about. We’re also here to hear about the things that aren’t going so well, because honest feedback is useful too.

What SamFromOcado is here for:

• Helping with questions about Ocado and how things work
• Joining the conversation and being part of the community
• Listening to your feedback and taking it back to the wider Ocado team
• Helping point people in the right direction when something needs a bit more investigation
• Talking all things food, recipes, shopping and Ocado

A couple of things to know:

SamFromOcado is not a replacement for Ocado Customer Service, and we won't always be able to resolve individual account or order issues directly through Reddit. But where we can help, we'll do our best, and if something needs to go through the proper support channels, we'll help point you in the right direction.

We're also not here to take over the sub or tell anyone what they can and can't say. This is your community, and we’re here to listen.
