Tortugram – Video Streaming App for Fire TV & Android TV
Hello everyone,
I am developing Tortugram, an open-source Android client that transforms your Telegram media library into a dedicated video streaming experience.
The application has been tested successfully on Amazon Fire TV Stick, and since it remains in active development, I would welcome community feedback to identify bugs and guide further improvements.
Overview
- Video-Only Focus: Automatically filters your Telegram content to display exclusively video media, eliminating text-based clutter.
- Big Screen Optimization: Specifically designed for Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, and large-format tablets.
- Instant Streaming: Enables direct streaming of media content without requiring full local downloads.
- Full Access: Allows seamless browsing of videos across personal chats, joined groups, and subscribed channels.
- Fully Open Source: Free, transparent, and open to community contributions and enhancements.

- Have you encountered any navigation or playback issues?
- Which feature would you recommend prioritizing next?
Thank you for your interest in this project. Any feedback or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
