Playbox Login Issue

My previous phone died and the motherboard fried, so I had to get a replacement phone. I keep trying to sign back into playbox via telegram and the telegram sign in on the app works fine but my existing playbox account will not load. Even after I sign in the playbox website keeps prompting me to choose a new username.

Has anyone else successfully resolved this issue? I have sent multiple requests to Playbox customer support, but not received a response.
