Inspired by a post from SI I saw on Facebook. With the NFL season dawning, I’d like to relitigate the rebrand chatter. Here’s my takes on the current state of things. Curious to hear your all’s takes!

Commanders. Still not a good identity and will rebrand within 5 years. Likely still as the Commanders (because they don’t want to admit defeat and say it’s a sucky brand) but I think will change their logo substantially.

Browns haters are puzzling me, the uniforms and helmets are simple, classic, but unfortunately synonymous with losing.

Dolphins’, Bills, Lions, ones aren’t bad but have ran their course and could all use a refresh. Miami’s modern refresh was pretty well received at first at least by myself and those I knew, but it’s time to switch back. Probably more classic look with aqua facemask. Marino era type look.

I see the Bills fans stanning for their current uniform with no alterations but I think the red helmet should be the primary look.

Lions could go for a more metallic/shiny look and keep the stripes and logo.

Panthers, Jags, helmets aren’t bad, but they need a full rebrand at some point. Panthers to something new, Jags to the throwbacks honestly and keep the loud alternate as a repackaging of their “Loud City” rivalries.
