CE in Canada

Hello, I'm a fresh grad civil engineering here in the Philippines. Kamusta civil engineering sa canada if anyone may idea? I heard from someone na may kakilalang CE din na, she went to Canada, took Masters and then got an offer for PR by the company sa may province part ng Canada. I have my aunts sa Canada so it's one of the countries na I consider.

Any things you can share interms of engineering in Canada? Thank you so much!
