Quick note on chats and bugs

Hey everyone, Lore team here.

We've seen your comments about hangout chats, emojis, and character consistency in chat. We're seeing it too, of course, and just wanted to let you know that we're on it.

Thank you to everyone who has sent support tickets about these issues. Alongside our own gameplay, those reports are exactly what we're working from, and the more of them we get, the faster we can move. So if you run into a bug or a bad interaction, the best thing you can do is send it through support with a screenshot. That way it goes straight to those of us who can fix it.

We've seen some theories going around about what's behind the bugs. And honestly, the sleuthing and conjecture is impressive, but please trust us that we'll handle it. We've made some improvements in recent days and we've got a bunch of fixes and improvements coming. Hang tight, and keep reporting via in-app support.
