First date ideas in Newbury

Hey everyone!
I’m going to Newbury for the first time for a first date and honestly have no idea what there is to do ther. So I thought I’d ask the locals for some ideas!
She really likes LEGO, so we’re planning to build some LEGO together while we’re there. We’re also planning to spend pretty much the whole day together, so I’d love some suggestions for things we could do before/after that.
We’re both quite quiet and introverted and neither of us is into drinking, so ideally looking for something more relaxed and not too loud or clubby.

Also, can anyone recommend any good vegan food places? It doesn’t necessarily have to be a fully vegan restaurant, just somewhere with really good vegan options.
Could be anything really — nice places to walk, cafés, activities, interesting places to visit, food spots, or just little things you think would make a nice day out.
