Getting back into league

Going back to league after maybe a 10+ yr break and I'm absolutely terrible (which is normal) but man, the amount of hate I get makes me wonder why I back lol.

Doing flex roles right now in ranked. I'm unranked but still getting high silvers in my lobby which heroes do you think I can use to get back into it?
