Bumped from Polaris

Hi all,

Yesterday I was bumped from Polaris (miles upgrade) down to Premium Plus (my original ticket) as a seat has malfunctioned and they needed mine for the original passenger. I was told by the gate agent that I would receive a refund of my upgrade and a $1500 travel voucher. Unfortunately I didn’t get anything in writing at the time because they were in a rush to leave and as soon as I was sitting back in Premium Plus they just ignored me. The purser was very nice and told me that he looked at the “flight chat” and everything is recorded there.

I haven’t received a refund or a travel credit yet. What’s the best way to go about asking for it?
