Any tip for finding a relatively affordable loft style apartment for rent in the Chicago area?

Does anyone have any advice about finding lofts for a somewhat affordable price (<$2500)? I’ve heard you have to be quick to find them at a decent price but where do I look? Where do private owners and management companies post when a unit becomes available? What’re the best areas for units of that style? I currently have a place that I could sublet whenever I want so I’m not in any rush. I know about the price of heating/cooling and the dust that may come from unfinished brick and I’m totally okay with that, but if anyone has experience finding them or has seen anything around I’d love to hear about it!
