Random scene

Hey guys, in the NYE party at the free roam, specifically at the balcony where Anthony gets told off by Jade for pissing and you can talk to Nikita/Penny/Kylie, has anyone come across a scene where after you finish a convo with one of the aforementioned, there’s Dawe and whoever else and he looks into a cup which ripples?

I accidentally skipped past it on and reloaded to try and replicate it again. I could only do it twice so far - once after talking to Kylie/Penny first (which i accidentally skipped, again) and in another attempt after I spoke to Nikita.

Since then after countless reloads I cannot get it to appear again.

Anyone know what I’m talking about?
