8dpt and broken inside.

Today is 8dpt of my 2nd cycle with my last embryo. I had laproscopy to clean up my stage 2 endometriosis. I did everything I could but it seems to be nothing working to even get an implantation. Before this I did 6 IUIs. I feel so alone and just like a failure. I know I still have to wait until beta but I’m having no symptoms other than the usual with the PIO shots. I am extreme pain of the joints. I just can’t seem to understand why some of us suffer so much trying. I feel like I’m near the end of my road. Any help or advice would help especially for how to help implantation with endo. I’ll do anything.
