What should i upgrade first 16gb -32gb or 5060 8gb - 9060xt 16gb

PSU: Gigabyte 650W 80+ Silver
Storage: 1TB SSD + 1TB HDD
Monitor: 1080p 144Hz

I previously had an RTX 3060 12GB, but it suddenly died. Since the 5600X has no integrated graphics, I needed a replacement GPU immediately.

I bought the RTX 5060 8GB without thinking much about VRAM because I had never experienced VRAM issues with my old 3060 12GB. Since then, I’ve run into VRAM-related issues a lot.
My 5060 is only around 5 months old, and I still have the original box, bill/invoice and everything. A local store quoted me roughly ₹22,000 extra for the exchange.

But RAM is also becoming a concern for me.
I also do some 3D work, so having 32GB would be useful outside gaming as well.
Upgrading from 16GB to 32GB DDR4 would currently cost me around ₹13,000–₹14,000.
So I’m stuck between the two. Both feel like upgrades I’ll eventually need, but I can’t really do both right now.
