Co worker takes an entirely separate route to work to avoid me

This summer a new girl started at my job. She never seemed to vibe with me much but I tried to ignore it. I found out we have almost the exact same commute to work. She’s the type of girl I often made uncomfortable just by existing. Very pretty, outgoing, likes to drink.
I went out for drinks with a group and noticed she very obviously left a huge gap between me and her at the table. I didn’t really think about it much.
Now she’s blatantly avoiding me on our commute. It’s been about 5 times she takes a specifically weird route. And I’m pretty sure she’s aware of the correct way to go, as her first week I saw her on the same commute as me a couple times.

She has been getting to work before everybody else, super early. But not today. Today she got off at the stop before ours and was literally 7 min LATE to work because it adds 10 min of walking. I just opened the door to let her in with a warm hello. She immediately looks so uncomfortable. Personally, I think it’s kind of embarrassing to be seen going out of your way to avoid people.

I’m telling myself she has some kind of social anxiety but I’ve also ran into an issue of making specifically other women uncomfortable my entire life. I feel really down about it because I’m supposed to be somewhat of a mentor at this job and she is younger than me.
