Not sure what to do

Hi everyone I’m about 3 weeks and 3 days post endometriosis excision, fibroids removed, uterine repair and hernia repair my recovery has been difficult and dealing with a lot of pain I’ve been having a high heart rate even sitting on my couch or laying down my heart rate is 100-115 I was going to go to to a doctor Tuesday to help me get this figured out because it is affecting my sleep haven’t slept well in a week and that’s not good for recovery

Now I have started bleeding well it’s brown a lot and random and I’m cramping like I’m on my period I’m on 5 mg norethindrone and have been since July I haven’t had any periods on this medication so I’m not sure if I need to go to the emergency or call my after hours number has everyone else experienced this
