Is it weird I still shower and sleep with my mom at 17?

I still sleep with my mom due to me having horrible sleep tremors,sleepwalking, and horrible nightmares. And often times I hurt myself during those times. As for the shower I have crippling ptsd from my dad who would try to drown me and water board me during when I was in a bath or shower.i get all tense and freeze up in the shower or I start shaking like I’m about to die of hypothermia. I told someone I know that I do these things and they said that even though I have good effects it’s still weird at my age and I shouldn’t do it so I’m wondering if it’s weird to sleep and shower with my mom at my age because of this stuff
