Milk Thistle Bitter

Guys, I fucked up and bought pure milk thistle powder thinking I would reduce some capsule usage because I take a lot of supplements - but this one should definitely be encapsulated! I've just had my first drink with it in and it's so bitter that my whole body shook as I consumed it. It's worse than black seed oil. I can't return it, and would rather not waste it - do you have any tips for masking bitter tastes?
