Move to a commune in the woods now or later?

Okay so there are several things happening. I’m gunna lay them out. The question is not whether to move to an intentional community or not, the question is just the timeline of it all. Basically what would you do if you were incredibly unhappy and had the chance to change your circumstances considering the below factors?

  1. My rent at my current house is paid until December.
  2. I need to pay for my dogs cremation.
  3. I need to pay fines for driving on a suspended license and I need to register my car.
  4. Recently my dog died a horrific death in front of my house that I cannot unsee so I am reliving it every single day multiple times a day.
  5. There is a gathering happening soon in the community that I would like to be a part of.
  6. I have the opportunity to live and work in the community for several months and longer if I wish. So food, water, shelter covered in exchange for stewarding the land which is an arrangement I have been trying to find for several years. I have wooffed and worked on farms for the last 5 years.
  7. I was offered a position at a bakery near my current house. 30 hours a week for very little money.

Do I continue to suffer through the pain of losing my dog in a very horrific way to work a job I do not want to make very little money to pay off things in a slightly less amount of time or do I go be with a community of people to love and support me through this grief while paying things off in a slower way? Like the difference is paying things off in 3 months vs 6 months except in the 3 month plan I am suffering immensely.

Do I take the job and split my time and spend 4 days here, drive 2 hours away and spend 3 days in community, then drive 2 hours back for another 4 days?

Do I just suck it up and continue on in the rat race that is late stage capitalism until I die never having lived a fulfilling life because I was scared of change?

Do I flee to the woods to live amongst the fairies and forget about my worldly obligations(the fines and car registration?)(this is a joke I will not be choosing this option unfortunately)
