Why is my ULO officer not communicating with me.

I signed their papers and in the email I asked them a few questions because it's my first year. It's been a week since and I havent received another email form them. I started uni already and I have no clue on what's going on. I have not received a payment yet and no communication is happening, they aren't picking up their phone or answering my emails.

Is this normal?
