Amazon Flex insurance reset even though INSHUR says active and linked? Help 🚨

Has anyone had this issue with Amazon Flex and INSHUR?
My INSHUR PAYG policy is active and shows as linked/synced to my Amazon Flex account, but the Flex app has reset and is now asking me to start the insurance process again as if I don’t have a policy.
I also got an email from Amazon saying my certificate wasn’t verified, but the same email says that if you use INSHUR or Zego PAYG you don’t need to upload a certificate and that the insurance status should update automatically once the policy is active.
I’ve spoken to Flex support and got conflicting advice one person told me to upload the certificate even though Amazon’s email specifically says not to.
Has anyone had this happen before? Did it eventually sync itself, or did Amazon have to manually fix the insurance link on the account? I bought the policy 3 days ago - waited.. didn’t verify. Now I’m back at square one, the button to do the insurance all over again, whilst I have a insurance policy active..?
