Which au pair agency would you recomm

Hi everyone! I’m from South America and I’m hoping to go to the US as an au pair in about a year, so I’m starting to research agencies and the whole process now.

I was originally planning to go with Go Au Pair, but after doing some research, I’ve come across quite a few negative experiences/reviews that have made me reconsider. I’ve also had some interactions with the woman who works with Go Au Pair here in South America, and honestly, I found her communication and professionalism a little concerning.

Because of that, I’m wondering if I should look into other agencies instead.

For anyone who has been an au pair, especially if you’re from South America, which agency did you use and would you recommend it? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences, both good and bad. I’m particularly interested in agencies that are supportive during the matching process and actually help if problems come up with the host family.
