deleting sadapay account ??

i haven't been able to log into my sadapay account since months bcs it keeps telling me to go thru biometric verification again. i've done the scan multiple times but for some reason, even if the scan is successful, i'm redirected back to the biometric verification page. atp i don't even want the account so i wanna delete it, is it possible to do so without being logged in ?????
