M18 jnc 13 northbound is so scary.

This must be the worst designed junction in the country. The on/off “ramps” are very short, just like a regular non motorway turning really. No one joining motorway gives way either. Witnessed a very near miss there yesterday at a very busy time. Lots of cars, a bus and trucks all slamming on breaks. Was almost a pile up.
Has anyone else had issues here? Must be an accident spot and urgently needs to be redesigned.
