Can't eat after a tooth extraction and it's making me feel worse

I had a tooth out (bottom left molar) on Tuesday, I've barely eaten a thing. Just a little mash potatoe, yoghurts, some jelly and biscuits dipped in coffee. Today I trued scrambled eggs but could barely touch it. I'm starving but when it comes to physically eaten the food, I can't. I know I've lost weight already and today I'm urinating a lot. I literally feel like I need to go a couple of minutes after. Is this because I'm not eating?

When I do touch any type of food, my nose absolutely streams. It never used to do that. I honestly don't know what to do as I know I'm not doing myself any favours.

43, F, no medications, 5"3, weight around 7 stone. Non smoker.
