‘mature’ student

Starting at Cardiff in September as a 23 year old, im so anxious about making friends as Ill be older and struggle talking to people anyways (im just really awkward and usually end up saying odd shit). Anyone else? Im also in priv accom rather than the uni halls so idk if that will add to it🤷🏻‍♀️ Just wondering if anyone else is incredibly awkward/anxious but managed to make good friends? Idk anyone going aswell
