30 [M4M] Straight guys, I promise compliments from a gay guy hit different
Hey guys. Figured I’d put myself out there and see what happens.
I’m a guy in my early 30s looking for some fun, genuine conversations with people who enjoy good banter, a little flirting, and having someone in their corner.
A little about me: Definitely *notabot but I’m a therapist by day, which means I spend a lot of time listening to people, helping them sort through life, and reminding them of the things they’re probably too hard on themselves about. Outside of work, I’m much more interested in laughing, joking around, and making people feel good about themselves. I'm in a bad relationship myself, ironic, I know, so this is a bit of an escape.
I’m the kind of friend who will hype you up when you need it, tell you when you’re being ridiculous (affectionately, of course), remember the little things you mention, and probably compliment you more than you’re used to. I think a lot of guys don’t get enough genuine appreciation, and honestly? I enjoy giving it.
I know a lot of guys here are looking for women, and that’s totally fine. I’m not trying to change anyone’s situation or pretend to be something I’m not. I’m just a gay guy who enjoys talking to men who are comfortable with a little attention, playful teasing, and someone appreciating them for who they are.
Maybe you’re stuck on a long shift, bored at home, tired of shallow conversations, or just want someone fun to chat with. I’m into deeper conversations too — goals, life, relationships, random thoughts at 1 a.m., whatever.
Bonus points if you:
- Have a sense of humor
- Can take a compliment without immediately deflecting it
- Like playful roasting
- Are passionate about something (seriously, tell me about it)
- Want a friend who actually enjoys hearing from you
I’m not here to rush anything. Good conversations, good energy, and seeing where a connection goes is the whole point.
If you think you’d enjoy having a gay best friend who occasionally reminds you that you’re pretty great… say hi. 😉
