struggling to figure out how to create social media content for my business

i honestly have no idea how to properly create social media content for my business.

coming up with ideas isn’t really the hard part. i usually have plenty of things i could talk about, and AI tools help a lot with brainstorming.

the part i struggle with is actually turning those ideas into finished posts and short videos.

i’ve looked into a bunch of tools and platforms, but a lot of them feel expensive for what you actually get. sometimes you’re paying $20-$30 just for a small amount of content, and you still need to spend a lot of time editing, adjusting, and making everything fit your brand.

so now i’m wondering if i’m approaching this the wrong way.

should i just hire someone to handle content creation?

if yes, what does a realistic budget look like for someone who can actually understand the brand and not just make generic posts?

or is there a better workflow that solo founders are using?

recently i’ve been experimenting with tools like accio work and gpt because i realized my biggest problem isn’t really coming up with ideas.

it’s keeping the context together — product details, brand notes, audience, and the original idea — then turning that into something I can adapt into different posts.

i still want to review everything myself. i don’t think AI should completely run the brand.

i just want to spend less time turning one simple idea into a finished piece of content.

curious how other founders and creators are handling this.

are you outsourcing content, doing everything yourself, or using some kind of workflow to make it easier?
