Tummy tuck guilt?

Hi all, I have my mommy makeover (tummy tuck + breast lift) scheduled for next month. While I’m incredibly excited, I can’t help but feel guilty and selfish for going under such an expensive procedure. I know it isn’t just about aesthetics as they repairing my ab muscles as well. I had very large twins and was stretched to the max so I have wanted this for a very long time. My surgery is $20,000 usd which is crazy for me being that it will be the most money I have ever spent on my self. Anyone feel the same?
