Solution for jerky downshift syndrome?

Is there anything I can do to solve this?

I‘m still under warranty for another year. Can the dealership fix it?

Ive heard you can your own tool to reset it yourself (for after warranty). Anyone know of a walk through I could use?

Im loving my G70 but the downshifts are brutal.
