i had to cut my hair short for school how do i grow it back as fast as possible

now im extremely carried by hair i went from a 7/10 to a 1/10 from my haircut how do i grow it back as fast a s possible and especially the sides since my ears kinda flare outwards and i prefer not using oils or stuff since i dont think i can have access to them
