Breyna side effect - ankle/shin/knee pain?

Kind of a longshot, but has anyone using a Breyna (budesonide) inhaler experienced ankle/shin/knee pain? I started using a Breyna inhaler a few weeks ago, and while it has really helped with my asthma and long Covid resp symptoms, I've had an enormous amount of ankle pain and weakness lately. It could be CVI (which I have), but I'm thinking it's worth asking around about meds. Thanks!
