[Routine Help] How should i use azaleic acid and salicylic acid in the same routine?

My derm gave me an azalaic acid and niacinamide spot treatment that dries down like a benzoyl peroxide cream. I’m currently using salicylic acid serum for some blackheads and closed comedones and i’ve found that works for me. I’ve tried the spot treatment and I’m unsure why it doesn’t seem to be working for me, it left me dark spots on wounds and a strong burning sensation even during periods of time where i wasn’t using salicylic acid. Any advice?

Current routine:
AM: melano cc vit c serum, biore sunscreen
Pm: laneiege foaming cleanser, laneige toner, Ordinary SA serum, Laneige water bank moisturiser
