Awful smell on delivery

Not looking for opinions on car choice. We got a van delivered from Carvana 3 days ago so still in the 7 day test period. It was delivered in impressive condition except for this fishy urine smell we can’t seem to get out. We’ve been airing it out with fans and driving, cleaning and inspecting since delivery and it’s only marginally better. It seems to be coming mostly from the stow-n-go compartment, but with no clear source. Someone on another sub said it may have been vandalized with fish oil, which I had not considered. But hard to believe they would have let it go past inspections if that was a possibility. 2024 Voyager. Any ideas? Will it go away eventually? Is this common? Should we return it?
