Possible Ectopic?

Hi y’all! I had a prior miscarriage back in June and found out I was pregnant again towards the end of August. I’ve gotten my Hcg tested over the course of the past two weeks and will be experiencing another loss, I’m just not sure if it’s ectopic or a miscarriage?
Here are my betas:

8/25: 29.4 —> 8/27: 48.4 —> 8/31: 87.9 —> 9/4: 84.9

I’m a little worried with how little my betas dropped over the course of 4 days. I’ve been having right sided pain that is coming and going along with some pain going to the bathroom. I haven’t had any bleeding since around the time I found out I was pregnant. I was just wondering if anyone could provide some insight? With the holiday weekend coming up, I won’t be able to contact my OB until Tuesday.
