Handlebar compatibility?

Hey!

My current handlebars (as seen in the picture) is 22mm in diameter. Do you think I could get a 25,4mm handlebar instead with my current stem?

I can't find any handlebars with 22mm that I like, but a bunch of 25.4mm that i DO like.

Sorry for the bad picture, it is the only one I have available right now!
