2026 Chevy Trailblazer Missing Spare Tire Warning

Just want to make everyone aware that if you purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer, that there is no spare tire. You get a "Tire Inflater Kit" (Pump and a bottle of Tire Sealant) instead. I did in May and just discovered this last month. Dealer did not inform us of this. Legally, it is suppose to be listed on the window sticker as "Tire Inflater Kit" under Standard Equipment. It is not listed on ours. Since the body style is the same as previous years, there is room for a spare. If you want a spare tire, you have to order the separate parts from the dealer for a price of about $560 vs. $195 for a "Compact spare tire" if it would have been ordered with the vehicle. In the future make sure you check all standard and optional equipment listed on the window sticker to make sure it matches the actual vehicle and completely inspect the vehicle, inside and out.
