Is it actually possible to get the sensitive label removed from your account when you didn't get the notification for it?

This is the last time I'm coming to this subreddit to ask for help on this. Logged off my account for a week, came back, label was still there.

Got premium, tried to appeal via DMs, but they have completely stopped responding.

My account has 54k followers but my growth has been stifled heavily as an artist for months now because of this problem.

And I don't want to have to start a new account, but I don't know what else to do.
