A journey of beans

Hey y'all, I grew up a picky eater but I've come A LONG way. Not much I'll say no to these days. But I haven't really ventured to beans yet and I want to learn to like beans. What should I start with?

My top couple choices so far-

Currently looking for a great red beans and rice recipe

I make great enchiladas, so I plan to throw black beans in the mix there

I saw a video making a sauce using white beans, looked garlicky and delicious.

What other suggestions of some beans dishes should I try? I'm mostly looking for dishes that contain beans rather than just a side of beans to start out, but I'm happy to hear any thoughts.

It is almost soup season too so there's a lot of great opportunity there.
