Foolishly listened to the emerald tablets after learning about the CDT plates of Atlantis.

I used to be apart of an ascension community that taught hidden history of Atlantis and ancient races of being from other planets. They taught that Thoth actually betrayed the original founder races and inverted it and gave it to the Annunaki. This information was too much for my mind, and in an attempt to balance things I listened to the emerald tablets of Thoth which I now know to be a hoax. My entire reality has been destroyed and I’m in a state of ptsd psychosis and I feel something evil is near. I’m afraid that I destroyed my life forever. Help.
