Sony UBP-X700 Audio Issue

So, I leave my daughter alone for maybe 10 minutes while I take a quick shower. Upon my return the audio no longer works. She says she just “pressed lots of buttons” but as she is special she cannot recreate her steps.

No cables were tampered with. No settings were tampered with that I can tell. Reset just in case. The tv menu still gives audio feedback.

I’ve had the exact same setup for years now. HDMI 4k cable in the HDMI/ARC input. No home internet, so she couldn’t have downloaded or messed with anything that way.

None of the online troubleshooting tips work.

I’m at a complete loss for what to do. Anyone have any ideas what she could have done? Or have a key question that may unlock the answer?
