Do they kill kids in Buddy?

I’ve been wanting to see the movie but I don’t like watching killing kids, especially if it’s extra graphic. Please don’t spoil anything you don’t need to, but do they kill children, especially in a bloody manner? I’m more ok with it if it’s a manner similar to city of god where it’s still sad and terrifying but they cut away and they only do it because it’s important to the plot, but I’ve avoided terrifier once I heard its a bunch graphic kid death. What should I do, watch in theaters or wait till steaming and pause/skip a bunch of
