HIRING: AI Video Content Assistant — 15 Videos/Day

We're looking for a remote AI Content / Video Assistant to help us produce high-volume advertising creatives.

This is NOT a traditional video editing position.

Most of the workflow involves using AI tools and following our existing processes/templates.

Your daily work will include:

• Finding competitor videos on Meta Ads Library
• Understanding the hook, structure and creative angle of successful ads
• Using AI tools to recreate those scenes with out product/ingredient
• AI image/video generation
• AI voiceovers
• Basic CapCut editing and assembly
• Adding captions, music and simple effects
• Organizing and exporting finished creatives
• Producing approximately 15 videos per day

You do NOT need advanced Premiere Pro or After Effects skills.

We're much more interested in someone who:

• Uses AI tools every day
• Learns new AI software extremely quickly
• Has experience with AI image/video generation
• Knows basic CapCut
• Has good English
• Can follow an SOP precisely
• Works quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Is reliable and available consistently

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Kling, Veo, Runway, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Canva or similar tools is a big advantage.

This can become a long-term position for the right person.
