CC1 Jamming after filament change

My CC1 keeps jamming after every manual filament change. No canvas. I follow the unload, it cuts, but that cut piece is jamming my extruder every time. When I go to load I just get clicking from the extruder. I’ve disassembled the head 3 times removing extruder jams in the past few days. What am I doing incorrectly?
