how the hell do i turn it off

ever since i got infinix gt50 pro it keeps getting hot when under my pillow when sleeping so i put it somewhere else and i found iut it just auto opens itself into an idke screen thats like rainbow colors smoothly changing. i do not have AOD on. and i tried searching why. and it isint just when i sleep. it happens when i keave my phone for a bit.
